In this course you will learn a simple coaching system that will enable you to connect with your direct reports, clients, family and friends more effectively, and includes your Certified Professional Coach certificate through Aidan University.
This course includes a 2 day virtual kickoff and 7 weekly (1.5 hour) follow ups where you will be held accountable to apply the principles of Coaching for Impact as you coach 2 people each week.
What You Will Learn
You will learn an actual coaching SYSTEM you can use when talking with others that will enable you to have a structured coaching conversation every single time you meet with your direct report or your client. Some additional processes you will learn include:

- The Subconscious Motivator Model
- The Truth Pyramids™
- Foundational Core Values™
Requirements
This is not a sit and listen type of training. You will be participating in breakout discussion groups within the first 15 minutes and throughout the kickoff sessions. You will be required to coach two (2) peo
ple each week and do the online work between each follow up sessions in order to graduate.
Follow up work is done online where you will watch brief videos, take a short quiz and and answer a few discussion questions. You will bring your discussion question answers and your coaching debrief to your follow up call each week. During the follow up you will share your successes and challenges, as well as learn from your peers in breakout room discussions and large group debriefs.
Deployment
The kickoff will be held virtually on Zoom on August 10th and 11th from 1:00 - 5:00 eastern time. The seven 1.5 hour weekly follow ups will be held virtually on Zoom on Tuesdays beginning on August 23rd from 9:00 - 10:30. Graduation will be on October 4th.
You will be sent an invoice upon registration and full payment is due before you can attend the class.
